Warhammer Dreadfleet Factory Sealed NIB OOP

Description

For sale I have a factory-sealed box set of Warhammer Dreadfleet. The box is exactly as it arrived from GW about 9 or so years ago.
Its a gorgeous set if assembled and painted or it can be a great investment if kept as is (factory-sealed), since this is OOP by GamesWorkshop for a couple of years now.
Motive of sale: have a new baby, so I need to part with some items to accomodate my offspring :)
Keep in mind that all sales are final and the item is being sold "as-is". Given the type of item and its condition (brand new, factory-sealed in box), I'm not able to accept returns or refunds.
