Warhammer 40K Vintage Custom Lost Legion with 10 Chapter Names (Aquatic Theme)

Having trouble imagining a custom Space Marine chapter?  Up for sale here is a small portion of my creativity from 30 years ago.
In order for this to have any value, the description has to be vague and the pictures needed to be blurred so they aren't showing much.
What's for sale here is the cliff notes of regalia for a completely Custom Space Marine Legion and 10 Chapter Names that fill the legion.
Includes 2 Sheets of Information in a notebook.
Only the regalia of the Chapters is covered.
No special rules or rules of any kind.
They are like normal Ultra Marines so are tournament legal.
This is purely for naming, flavor and paint schemes, insignia.
Aquatic Theme
This naming theme was conceived and written down in the 1990's
30 Year old notes from the time of 2nd Edition...
Rabid ramblings of a grizzled old player from the early days of 40k... back when a Chaos Sorcerer could dominate an entire battlefield.
One might even refer to such a character as a "Dark Wizard"
