    Here is a Vtg 1970s South Of The Border S.C. Tourist Trap Pedro Ceramic Bank.  He stands 8 1/2" tall and also has the rubber stopper on the bottom, this piece is made in Taiwan.  He is in very good condition, no damages, bright colors and a little flaking of some of the colors on his wrap.
