Front board starting to separate from binding (see photo 9). Some foxing on pages near the front. First page has separated from the binding. Other pages pages remain supple and easily readable. Plate pages that display the portrait sketches are all strong. Back board has some scuffs and fade spots. Corners and tips of the boards show reasonable wear for age.
