WOW, a superior copy of this rare book, this is the Deluxe Edition, printed in 1948, the first edition.  Book is number 21 of 151 produced like this, book is inscribed (signed) by the author.  Binding is tight, pages are parchment type with rough edges, a wonderful look to it.  Nothing serious in regards to condition, most likely never read, a fresh to the market find!
