89 pages.
Condition of the book is used, outside cover showing edge wear, heavy scuffing on the back.
Condition of the inside of the book is showing the webbing that holds the spine to the book with some creasing, tears and possible paper loss there. It is showing up on both the front inside and back inside covers.
It  looks like a large book-plate was once on the inside first page, as well as a library pocket removed on the back page inside cover (some glue remnants, paper loss ), aging of pages, may have some staining (see photo inside), marks, spotting, throughout.
Spine is holding nicely, but some threads/webbing are showing on front/back inside of book.
