This very rare vintage 1889 first edition of the Battle Fields of '61` is in very good condition for the age of this book. It is also laminated by a amateur but good enough to provide protection. The binding is secure and all pages are very clean and intact. It is signed and inscribed by an aunt gifting this book to her nephew Harry E. Parker (1846 - 1911) in 1895. There are no big stains or spills. This old antique vintage book comes from a germ-free non-smoking home.
