No scratches or scuffs to glass. In great condition. Works great. Holds a charge. I charged it up and have played with it for a few days just to make sure it was in good working order. This iPad was my 80 year old moms iPad and since she just got a new one recently we are listing this one for someone else to enjoy. Its always been kept safely in a case and well taken care of. This listing is for the iPad and a charger. I will send this in a case but only for its protection ( my dear mom has an affinity for putting her name and address stickers on everything that belongs to her and the case she kept this one in was no exception haha )  I am sure you will want/need a new iPad case but it will serve its purpose and keep the iPad safe until you purchase a new one to protect your iPad.
