Airfix kit# A05042 1:72 scale English Electric Lightning F.6. British supersonic jet fighter. Complete unassembled plastic kit with decals and instructions. New condition, parts sealed in unopened factory plastic bag. Modern Airfix tooling features engraved panel lines, Firestreak and Red Top missiles, refueling probe, optional guns for ventral belly tank, two types of optional drop tanks, FOD guard, and choice of open or closed canopy. Kit decal set provides markings for a choice of two different aircraft: Royal Air Force No.74 Squadron 1970 natural metal with black tail or RAF No.11 Squadron 1988 in dark sea grey air superiority scheme.
