The Campaign from Texas to Maryland with the Battle of Fredericksburg.  By Rev. Nicholas A. Davis.  Hardcover, book is in glassine dust jacket, slipcase is very good condition.  Facsimile of the 1863 edition, pub. by Steck Company, 1961, 168 pages.  Includes five full color plates illustrating the soldiers of the Fourth Texas Regiment.  The 4th was in Hood's Texas Brigade of the Army of Northern Virginia and participated in the battles of Gaines Mill, Second Manassas and Antietam.  The volume ends with the actions at Fredericksburg but the regiment went on to fight in most of the major battles in the war.  Includes roster.  Shipping weight over 1 pound.
