. Sellers can't even send combined invoices using ebay's phone app, have to use a PC.
Ebay does not make a partial refund to me for the 10% shipping fee, as well as Final Value fees, it charges when I make a partial refund to buyers for combined shipping, so ebay is making extra money off me refunding part of the shipping to buyers who pay before getting a combined invoice.
That's another thing, my listings do not require immediate payment, so you can actually hit Buy It Now and DO NOT PAY, I will see that there is a payment pending and if there are multiple different items I can send a combined invoice without the buyers asking for one (
apparently this option also does not work unless you are using a PC
).
